Kyles personal goal for himself in 2024 deer season was to target two specific bucks on a property he’s not shot a buck on yet. With multiple encounters he decided to hang a new Novix set in a rut funnel. Just after daylight a familiar sound broke out and was unmistakably the sound of two bucks fighting. Sure enough one of the bucks was a buck he was after. After the two bucks finally separated they both went opposite directions away from Kyle. Ten minutes later the target buck reappeared and Kyle quickly snort wheezed followed by two soft grunts at the buck. The buck turned 90 degrees and came in to investigate. It was the bucks last mistake as Kyle sent a perfectly placed arrow through the buck.
