Kyles personal goal for himself in 2024 deer season was to target two specific bucks on a property he’s not shot a buck on yet. With multiple encounters he decided to hang a new Novix set in a rut funnel. Just after daylight a familiar sound broke out and was unmistakably the sound of two bucks fighting. Sure enough one of the bucks was a buck he was after. After the two bucks finally separated they both went opposite directions away from Kyle. Ten minutes later the target buck reappeared and Kyle quickly snort wheezed followed by two soft grunts at the buck. The buck turned 90 degrees and came in to investigate. It was the bucks last mistake as Kyle sent a perfectly placed arrow through the buck.

On this episode of Deer Season 24 we are in the Show-Me state with Mark and Lucille Drury! Lucy was fortunate enough to shoot her biggest buck just a few weeks ago with brother Terry. This time Lucille is in camp with Mark and the team as she hopes to fill her final Missouri tag of the season. Her hunt begins on opening day of the Missouri Rifle season as she has a close encounter with a giant 8 point that sneaks past the Winchester .223 rifle. On November 16th Mark and Lucy go into a notorious interior plot for a mid day hunt and it doesn’t take long for Lucille to notch her tag. An inspiration to all showing us how to get it done at the young age of 91 years old! As always we appreciate the continued support and thanks for watching!
